This comprehensive interior renovation by RH Design & Construction features a refined blend of architectural detailing and custom millwork. The open-concept kitchen highlights full-overlay flat-panel cabinetry with integrated pulls, mitered quartz countertops, and a structural beam grid repurposed as a floating light fixture—combining form and function. Engineered wide-plank oak flooring runs continuously throughout, offering dimensional stability and a seamless substrate. In the entry, a solid-core flush panel front door with a matte black finish and extended vertical pull anchors the foyer, while drywall reveals and recessed lighting contribute to the home’s modern profile. From precise trim applications to clean transitional junctions, every element was executed with construction precision and design intent.
